How do I get more rolls/coins/tools?

Visit businesses to earn rolls, coins, tools and prize entries! Some businesses are worth more than others – the more stars they have, the more you can earn!

Help! I’m stuck at a roadblock!

You can use the coins you’ve earned to buy the item you need to get past the roadblock from the inventory store. Don’t have enough coins? Visit a few businesses! The 3-star businesses may even hold the tool that you need!

I‘m at a business but it won’t let me claim my in-app rewards.

First make sure your location services are turned on in both the app and on your phone. If they are, you may be entering the wrong answer! If you’re still having issues, contact us on the form below.

My app is broken! How do I fix it?

Try updating the app in the Google Play Store or App Store first – there may be a new version. Don’t worry this won’t erase your progress. If that doesn’t work, please contact us on the form below and let us know what the error is.

What do the Golden Tikis do?

Every Golden Tiki you collect is an entry into the grand prize draw!

I’ve passed all the mini-game levels, are there any more coming?

There sure are! We’ll be updating the app with new levels and clues! You’ll get a notification when there’s more to do.

How do I win prizes?

The more businesses you visit, the more chance you have of winning spot prizes or the grand prize! Every Golden Tiki you collect is another entry into the grand prize draw. Keep an eye on our Facebook page for other competitions and more ways to win!

I found a bonus clue around Geelong and The Bellarine. Where do I enter the code word?

If you found the Bay FM or Geelong Cats code word, you can enter it on their business profile under Bonus Clue.

I made a purchase at a business. How do I redeem my receipt for bonuses?

Take a photo of your receipt and email it to redeem@geemanji.com.au along with your NAME, EMAIL and MOBILE NUMBER.

How do I redeem a special offer?

If a business profile has a special offer included, you just need to show the app in-store to redeem. If you have any issues redeeming, please contact us on the form below.

I defeated all the tikis and finished the game, now what?
